Domain name Registration Data
In addition, the data may be disclosed to the National and International Registration Authorities to which Digital Absolut Business, Lda is obliged to send the technical and administrative documentation in accordance with the relevant legislation and to any other accredited entities for the registration of names, domain names related to extensions for which Digital Absolut Business, Lda does not have accreditation. If, when requesting the registration of domain names, you provide DAB.pt with personal data from third parties, you will act in that sense as Responsible for the processing of personal data, assuming all the obligations and responsibilities inherent in terms of the legislation in force regarding data protection personal data, namely with regard to the processing of personal data through the use of the Services in violation of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. In any case, if you provide or process the Personal Data of third parties through the use of the Service, you acknowledge and accept that this treatment has a lawful basis, pursuant to the provisions of article 6 of the Regulation.
